Got something to share?

Or perhaps you want to bring your live event to our attendees?

Let us know below.

We have had panels almost every year since Tabletop Scotland began, and each year they get more and more popular. Live events are something we tried out in 2024 and it was a resounding success.

So for 2025 we are looking for more of this sort of thing.

We have published most of our archive on YouTube, click the red button to find out more.

Seminar & Live Event Submission Form

This will be included on the Tabletop Scotland website.
This will be used to categorise the event on the Tabletop Scotland website.
Whilst we won't exclude submissions on this basis alone, it is useful to know if this is the first time you have hosted events at a convention.
What is the name of the event you want to host?
This will be included on the Tabletop Scotland website.
If a seminar / panel - what topic(s) do you plan on covering?
If a live event include links to where we can see or hear previous recordings of the event.
This helps us to ensure that attendees understand the content involved.
Choose all suitable 'slots' that you'd want to host this event in.
If your event is approved, we will work with you to agree when the event will take place.
This is for each day that the event is scheduled.
The room we will host this in has a projector.
By default we will provide mics and speakers for the audio aspect of the event, and will aim to record the audio from event for future upload to our YouTube channel.
e.g. If a seminar or panel, do you have other panellists in mind?
e.g. If a live show, how many people are there in your team?
Plus anything else you feel may be relevant in helping us decide whether to include this on our schedule.
I confirm that I have reviewed and accept that my event will be covered by the Tabletop Scotland Code of Conduct.
