All emails and other digital correspondence are stored within secure cloud based services and access is limited to convention staff.

All physical materials are held within secure storage by Tabletop Scotland Ltd.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Regular checks are made on log files and other alerts set up on the website to ensure that if a breach has occurred we will be made aware of it.

Procedures are in place to notify the ICO and others in the event of any such data breach.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

We use Google Forms for all of our forms on this website.

Information we collect from you via Google Forms depends on the nature of the form and the content you provide. It may however include things like:

Woocommerce

We use  Woocommerce to manage ticket sales, merchandise sales and event bookings on this website.

Information we collect from you via WooCommerce as part of the ticket sales process includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your PayPal email address if you use PayPal to pay for your tickets.

We use  PayPal and  Stripe as payment processors. We do not store any credit or debit card information in this website.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to provide our newsletter service.

There is no integration between this website and Mailchimp and the only information they will hold is the information your provide as part of signing up for our newsletter.
