Scenario Description:You all used to play fantasy RPGs together as teenagers, until an awful session where the GM threw you into a killer dungeon and slaughtered the party.
Now years down the line, you’re all back in town and the GM suggested a game.
With mutual recrimination, both in and out of game, you’re surprised they asked.
You’re perhaps even more surprised you all said yes.
Pre-Generated Characters: No – DIE involves character creation as a key part of playing the game. This takes about 40 minutes, but those 40 minutes are largely roleplay.
Other Information: DIE is a fairly rules-light RP-heavy system about playing messy people sucked into a parasitic fantasy world that reflects their own hopes and fears back at them. No system experience needed, though experience in other RPGs is a plus. This game will use lines and veils.
