Description: Art in Miniature is a documentary about miniature figures, their creation, creators and the hobby of painting them.

The film is approximately 50 minutes long and will be shown after a discussion and Q&A with a panel of miniature painters and sculptors.

Note: The panel will be audio recorded.

Panel and Host Bios:

• Jon Hart worked for Games Workshop for many years developing the Spanish part of the business. Particularly adept at freehand, Jon has served as a judge for some of the most prolific miniature painting competitions in the world, including Golden Demon and Salute. Jon has also seen success as a competitor at Golden Demon, winning Bronze in 2008 for his Empire Lord, and Silver in 2012 for his Drakwald Blood Wolves.
• Lisa Mason has in recent years amassed an impressive array of awards for her miniatures. With a flair for the whimsical, Lisa takes a wonderfully artistic approach to her craft, and is justifiably becoming one of the more recognisable painters in the UK for her unique style. Lisa won the coveted Best in Show Award at Salute 50 for her wonderfully atmospheric Snow Dragon.
• Tommie Soule is a miniature painter with decades of experience in the industry and an inimitable passion for the craft. As The Miniature Painting Tutor, he blends his unique philosophy with skills honed through years of practice to help painters of all stripes to elevate their craft. Tommie was awarded a Gold at Golden Demon 20xx for his exquisite take on Ragnar Blackmane. His book ‘The Art of Tommie Soule’ was published in 2023.
• Ben Porter accidentally became a freelance miniature painter in 2020. He has painted an array of models for collectors across the globe and has also worked for companies such as Wyrd Games and Modiphius Entertainment. His Immortal Hulk model won Gold at the Miniature Painting Open 2023.
