Food & Drink Policy

In the Attendee Terms & Conditions (item 17) we reference Food & Drink.  To help explain that further here’s a bit more information.

Food & Drink on Premises

As the Dewars Centre is a venue with on-site catering and a licensed bar, no food or drink can be consumed on-site that has not been purchased on-site.

Any attendees who bring food or drink on-site will be politely asked by venue and event staff to refrain from consuming it on the premises.  If attendees do not comply with these requests or if they behave in a manner that contravenes the Code of Conduct then the venue and event may ask them to leave the premises.

If you require an exception to this as a result of dietary requirements please contact us and we can discuss this with the venue.  When you buy your tickets we do ask if you have any dietary requirements so please us know.

Similarly you are welcome to sit outside the venue in the picnic / park area if you opt to bring your own food & drink.

Consumption of Alcohol

The venue has a licensed bar on the 1st floor.

Alcoholic drinks are permitted in all areas of the convention however we encourage all at Tabletop Scotland to drink responsibly and remember that that cardboard and liquid don’t mix!
