Events Manager:

  • We collect and store information you submit to us when making an event booking, for the purpose of reserving your requested spaces at our events and maintaining a record of attendance.
  • We may use cookies to temporarily store information about a booking in progress as well as any error/confirmation messages whilst submitting or managing your events and locations.

WooCommerce

  • We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
  • While you visit our site, we’ll use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
  • When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
    Send you information about your account and order
    Respond to your requests, including refunds
    Process payments and prevent fraud

Photography

At Tabletop Scotland events photographs will be taken either by the convention team, those acting on behalf of the convention team, press or other attendees.
We ask at all times, as per our Code Of Conduct, that those taking photographs respect the privacy of the individuals in the photograph.

We have published a Gallery of photographs from Tabletop Scotland 2018 on the website and on Facebook.  If you are in any of those photographs and you wish for them to be removed please let us know.

Controlling your personal information

  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at info@tabletopscotland.co.uk
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
  • We will retain your personal information for a maximum of 6 years plus the year your information was submitted to us.  Once that period expires we will delete that data.
