Exhibitor Pack

The Tabletop Scotland 2026 Exhibitor pack has all the information you need to help you to decide about exhibiting with us. If you do have questions that aren’t covered by the pack, let us know via the general Contact Us form or via email.

For 2026, we’re introducing a Demo Only space for companies who are looking to have a single table purely for demonstrating games. There are limitations on how this space can be used, which are detailed in the exhibitor pack, and there is a separate form for these below.

Tabletop Scotland curates the range of exhibitors we have at the convention, as a result we will prioritise game publisher applications over all other exhibitor types. We will have continue to have a range of retailers, makers and artists at the convention but these will be limited.

We have updated our Exhibitor Terms & Conditions to make some elements clearer than before.
Page 11 of the Exhibitor Pack highlights the following elements in particular. If you are unable to accept these terms & conditions then it would make sense for you to not apply to be an exhibitor.

Note: As per the Exhibitor Pack (page 11) we curate our exhibitor list by prioritising Game Developer / Publisher categories over all others to ensure there is a good blend of exhibitor to engage our attendees.
Note that by ticking this box you are not guaranteed a space on Broadway. We will confirm whether your space is on Broadway in communications and in your invoice once your application has been approved.
A 4m wide walkway runs the full length of the Highland Hall. This is Broadway.
If your stand is adjacent to Broadway, then exhibitor space costs £46 per square metre + VAT instead of £40 per square metre + VAT.
Exhibitor passes are included in the cost of your stand, but should be proportionate to the size of your stand!
Exhibitor parking at Tabletop Scotland is in the "Hard Standing" within the secure perimeter of the venue, as highlighted in the Exhibitor Pack.
Exhibitors are limited to ONE parking pass per exhibitor stand. Exceptions can be made, but these may be limited due to capacity of the space available.
If you will need more than one parking pass, then please let us know in the Other Information section.
Smallest size for a stand is 2 metres x 2 metres = 4 square metres.
Stands are charged at £40 per square metre + VAT.
If your preferred stand size is not listed, choose the final option and let us know in the Other Information box below the stand size you'd prefer.
If your stand is adjacent to Broadway, then exhibitor space costs £46 per square metre + VAT.
These are charged at £10 + VAT each.
Please keep in mind the size of stand you are booking when determining how much furniture can fit in it.

Power is charged at £250 + VAT per socket.
Exhibitors may attach a maximum of one extension lead of four additional sockets to each provided venue socket. Extension leads are not provided by Tabletop Scotland or the venue. As power is not cheap, be really really sure that you need it for your stand. If this is to charge devices like mobile phones, tablets or payment terminals then you may be better off buying some battery packs.

The Tabletop Scotland programme is A5 in size and is available as a print and PDF booklet. It contains lots of useful information for attendees about the convention; including maps, event schedules, articles about the tabletop hobby and adverts from companies.
2,500 of these programmes were printed for Tabletop Scotland 2025 and all were taken by attendees.
Our plan for 2026 is to increase this to at least 3,000 programmes.
A PDF version is also published on the Tabletop Scotland website.
Having an advert in the programme promotes your company and products to our audience.
*Advert allocation is on a first come, first served basis.
