Can I bring my own food and drink?
We have multiple food and drink options onsite.
If you need to bring in your own food or drink, for dietary or small human purposes, please ensure that it is in an appropriate container.
There is no access to food heating equipment.
We have food trucks catering to most dietary needs and outlets for hot, cold and alcoholic drinks.

Saturday: 11:00 – 22:30
Sunday: 11:00 – 16:00
The bar will be serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the convention.
Friday: 12:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
The food trucks will have options which are vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerance, dairy free etc so that everyone has options.
They also offer kids portions.

The Tabletop Tavern
The bar is immediately on your left as you enter the building.
The bar will sell alcoholic and soft drinks throughout the convention.
Drinks can be taken anywhere inside the venue, and onto the picnic area immediately outside the main entrance.
Under 18s are permitted in the Bar, if with a responsible adult
Food Trucks
Our catering supplier will provide a wide range of food for all dietary requirements.
Every food truck, inside and outside the venue, will have a Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan option, as well as a kids option too.
Alongside the offerings on site, the hotels on the airport campus offer a variety of food and drink options. The airport itself also has restaurants that can be visited without going through Security, visit their website and choose Before Security to learn more.
If you’re looking for options normally catered for by a supermarket or similar then the airport may provide you with the solution.
- Marks & Spencer Simply Food is open Monday to Sunday: 05:00 – 23:00
- WH Smith is open Monday to Sunday: 04:00 – 22:00
Further afield there is a Morrisons supermarket at the Gyle which is open Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 22:00 and 08:00 – 20:00 on Sundays.
