In the late summer of 1934, hopeful associate members of the Bedford Archaeological Research Society go to the small village of Walberswick to research a possible new species (though the head of BARS is doubtful). If certain individuals do a good job, then full time membership into the society is the reward with option to join the Peru expedition.
