The War is over. You are a small group of survivors ( ex military and civilian) in the Kingdom of Fife, loosely associated with the Government of Scotland trying to re-establish order from the seat of government in Stirling (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen are gone) England ( what is left of it) is under the heel of the Soviet boot although some brave Northerners still resist in the Hills of Cumbria and Yorkshire Moors.
Based in St. Andrews, you hear rumours of an epidemic breaking out in the South of Fife in struggling settlements just established there now that some of the radiation has died down there from the tacnuke dropped on Rosyth naval base. There are also reports of WHO containment teams in the area.
