18/09/2025 - Tabletop Scotland 2025: Thank You!

Thank You
It’s been just over a week since Tabletop Scotland and it’s safe to say that we’re still reflecting on what was an amazing three days of gaming goodness.
Attendance Numbers
The two main numbers we track are:
unique (counted once regardless of days attending)
turnstile (counted each day you attend).
Unique wise, 4,259 different people attended the convention this year which is 9% more than 2024.
Turnstile wise our total attendance increased by 6% as more of you came for multiple days!
From a Daily perspective, our Friday attendance was the most “up” percentage wise.
- Friday 1,513 (increase of 8% on 2024)
- Saturday 3,141 (increase of 6% on 2024)
- Sunday 2,180 (increase of 4% on 2024)
Charity Numbers
One of the things that made the convention so amazing is the amount of money raised for our charity partner.
£10,757 (and 50p) has been raised so far thanks to you. This is more than any other total raised at our events and on behalf of Waverley Care we thank you for your support.
We’d also like to thank the Waverley Care team who were amazing all three days, really engaging with the event and being so visible and available.
If you haven’t donated yet, and can, then click on the button to do that.
Feedback Survey
Each year we listen to your feedback and look to enhance and adapt the convention to meet your expectations, and exceed them where we can.
If you were an exhibitor, event host, or Orange / Red volunteer, separate surveys will be sent to you via email.
What's Next?
In parallel to reviewing your survey responses we have a lot of work to do for next year’s convention.
That’s right, Tabletop Scotland 2026 is being held from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th September.
We have a lot to work through with the venue team and others ahead of opening exhibitor applications, event submissions etc etc.
We’ll announce more when we can.
Again, thank you!
Your collective desire to see this event flourish and grow each year is what keeps us motivated to commit so much of our free time to make the event possible.
This is also why your feedback is so important to us, whether it’s feedback during the convention or afterwards we take it on board and look at how we can enhance your experience the next time we host the event.
Plus, obviously, we want to give a huge thanks to our Red, Blue and Orange team this year. Our Orange team deserve a special mention as they provided immeasurable support to the Yellow team from the Thursday through to the Monday – Boogie, Bulb, Daniel, Greg C, Greg F, Kerry, Kirsten, Lloyd, Lorna, Phil, and Steve.
If you didn’t get a chance to meet them then maybe next year you will get that chance.
So, next year then?
Dave, Gemma, Simon and the Johns.
