30/04/2026 - Events Update
Aloha!
Due to Real Life ™ being somewhat full on for some of us over the last month to 6 weeks we’re having to defer the launch of event booking to the end of June.
Saturday 27th June @ 18:00 to precise.
As with previous years, the only way you can book your seat into an event online is to already have your Tabletop Scotland ticket.
Given the above Real Life ™ stuff we’re a wee bit behind on reviewing and processing and deciding on which event submissions we are going to take forward.

Which means if you are still to submit your events there is still time to do that.
As we’ve expanded our RPG space this year, we are looking for more submissions.
Likewise our D&D Adventurers League area has also expanded, so we are looking for more DMs.
Other event types we’re having a meeting to determine what we think is missing and will be asking for specific events to be run at the convention. So keep an eye out on our socials and newsletter for more.
Tickets!
As a reminder, tickets are on sale now!
This year we have made tickets for under 16s completely free, and we have frozen Adult (16+) ticket prices.
Note: We have deleted all user accounts from the website in preparation for this year’s event. This is in line with our Privacy Policy which states we’ll only hold that information for a maximum of two years.
A new account will be created for you as part of your ticket order!
Volunteer applications are now open. Tabletop Scotland isn’t possible without volunteers, and the majority of our red shirts have been with us for many years. You can join that party below.
Exhibitor & Demo Table applications will remain open between now and August. The sooner you apply the more likely we can fit you in. Apply now if you want to exhibit!
Similarly, applications for Playtest Zone are open, and the earlier we get submissions the better. So if you’ve got a game design that you want to playtest, fill out the form.
We (normally) have team meetings every one or two weeks to review our plan, exhibitor applications and event submissions. We expect to review all of these by mid-March and will be in touch with everyone between now and then.
Once we have more things to announce we will do that via these newsletters and across our social media channels!
Speak soon,
Tabletop Scotland Yellow Team
